BMW Autohaus prides themselves in their elaborate inventory of new and pre-owned BMW vehicles. As one of the largest dealerships in the GTA, they believe that the ultimate driving experience requires not only a luxury vehicle, but also excellent customer service and welcoming interactions.
We have been collaborating with BMW Autohaus to help them with their multicultural marketing strategies. Amongst the Chinese, BMW’s brand identity is synonymous with a luxurious and elaborate lifestyle. For this reason, on top of advertising the vehicles, our greater focus was to promote its corporate image and name. To appeal to these consumers, we utilized content and graphics that portrayed an aura of class and prestige. We also bridged the language gap between the dealership and its ethnic market by incorporating the Chinese employees at the dealership. Since we understand the language and beliefs of these ethnic buyers, we were capable of curating effective marketing solutions for BMW Autohaus.
